Find the post

Tap the three-dot menu (•••) on the post and select 'Copy Link'.

Open a downloader
Visit snapinsta.app or igram.io in your browser.

Paste the URL
Paste the copied link into the URL field on the downloader site.

Download
Hit Download and save the video to your gallery.
